Some clarification from my understandings:

1. RPM is a relatively small seek-after stand alone service in the large contracts signed, per a IR reply this summer. CCM, PCM and BHI is the big deal and not the subject of change here.
2. This is proposed changes, not a code yet. RPM industry will lobby for their inputs.
3. Change includes revert back to pre Covid emergency. New patients can be impacted but not those already enrolled.
4. CMS set details how to run RPM and one main issue is how much and what healthcare service can be covered in the first 20 mins in-site visit by Physicians.
5. Billing for RPM is complicated by patients with chronic and other physiological conditions.
