No way It's  Nuttall. 
in his last BNN he was still very big on Torc. With financials coming out next week he would definitely stay for that. He even said he thought  they could start dividends again. 
whoever was dumping today was just a scared rabbit that didn't have it in them to hang on for the delayed future upside. This kind of selling will help us later on when this same person scrambles to get back in and chases this back up. Didn't say they weren't believers just lower risk tolerance. 

torc Does have a bit of a gas play too don't forget
