Maybe if the 30th. Had fallen on a Wednesday day instead of a Friday It wouldn’t have caused such a fuss. “On or about” could have been Tuesday , Wednesday or Thursday. But because there is a week-end those that want to criticize scream delay.

Maybe it is as simple as whosever desk it was on on Friday had to rush home early to carve a pumpkin for their grandchild. Horror of horrors!!!
