I too was hoping for somewhat of an increase but we all know ART is playing in the right space.

Correct on first two Blinkie. On the 3rd point surprised broke .40 again but this will sink into the mid thirty's again or lower( dedending how many bail out now) but we all know this one is in for the long haul. Sold half to move on flippin other half putting away forgetting about for future gains. Bye.
