I think he was trying to use that example to be sincere that the test is needed to save the lives of elderly and to allow family to see their parents or grandparents. Doesnt seem like the interview was very long. He could have gone on about other countries requiring Sona's test but only selected Canada. Not sure why. We know Saudi's want it and I imagine Europe as well. Time will tell. Wer'e just about there.
