I share your thoughts, I understand we need the money, I only wish we didn't do financing at these very low valuation levels. The only one who benefits is RCF as they get to own more of the company for next to nothing. Normally when you have a major partner it helps the stock price BUT in our case RCF doesn't. Truly shameful. I remember buying more share at the 9 cent level not to long ago and seeing what I call a Iceberg at 10 cents, I now believe this was RCF keeping the price low so that they could buy more of the company at lower valuations, NO INTEGRITY just shrewed business. They may be shareholders of this company but they are not our partners rather adversaries.
PS: We have a CEO who buys in the open market 10,000,000 shares and the stock price goes NOWHERE!!!
Confused & Frustrated.
