RE:Market Cap

RE:Market CapSure...the problem though is even if they do gain some success with any acquisition....they have and continue to issue so many shares that the math starts to work against the average shareholder....meaning...most people who own this likely have an average cost over .10 and likely higher than that....so just to get back to .10 now, you are looking at around a 100mil mkt cap.
Last time they were around .10 share price the mkt cap was more like 50mil....so every time they issue more shares and acquire a new company...the math gets worse and worse for investors....even if they can execute well. This has been run in an extremely un-shareholder friendly way....and there is no sign of this stopping. IMO....also...if institutional investors felt this was a worthwhile investment they would be lining up at this seemingly low valuation...sub 30 mil....and still no institutional buyers in any big way?? Ask yourself why?? Because the float is so large, so it's hard to really move the stock, and every day you own the shares the value is going down as they are using their stock to acquire non-core assets....then ask yourself why are they making these non-care acquisitions in a volatile market?? Why is this US cannabis stock going down when others are rallying due to Biden/possible cannabis regulations changing favourably?? Seems to me they have over played this theme and now just sucking on air....IMO...hope I'm wrong...
