Management CTO doesn't go far enough.  Market makers, brokers and bankers need to be included too.  Once upon a time they were supposed to help to regulate the market by absorbing odd lot shares and trying to moderate silly swings.  Now they use it as their personal bank to decimate the sp and wind up with the assets.  This brings me back to the fact that I don't think they could have done this poorly without deliberate decisions to tank this company.  Shareholders lose interest and go into salvage mode while big money benefits from the spreads or the salvage.  I'm thinking hard about my lead solution, more and more.  They could take a lesson from the Japanese about saving face.  Integrity zero by this management.  If I hit the bid I could probably net $1k.  Should be able to find a shootist for that, lol!
