anyone else notice they finally mentioned they don't have the licenses required to produce all that oil etc their "customers" supposedly have such demand for? That license is 6 weeks out, according to this release, though how they can know that when that decision will be made (if it's made) by a government agency, is beyond me. When was pwr revenue supposed to soar, again? Someone please remind me.
