I did not say they postponed it because of the U.S. election. I said, it was a possibility that they did.

You would not want the mudding up of the drill and having the results to be overshadowed by the fear of the unknown in the markets.

They were sposta begin drilling by the end of October. They did not. I am not saying they postponed it because of the election. But, that it is good that it was postponed till after the election. Whether or not it was done on purpose. Just saying if it was, in my opinion it was a smart move.
