Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

If Donald Trump wins tomorrow

If Donald Trump wins tomorrow Many players were willing to deal with Aphria prior to this election. It's beyond me why Irwin Simon with that massive 22 million compensation plus bonus and benefits that equal in the millions couldn't make a deal.  We should have taken advantage of speculation and the rising hype of potential marijuana decriminalization in the USA. Why we have no consolidation, no partners no deals is beyond me. This is what makes our CEO in Aphria so terrible. We should have had the lucrative deals in place with larger partners capable of taking advantage of Mexican legalization and Israel. USA would have been a bonus but should Donald Trump win, you will see our potential deals and partnerships dwindle that we could have had months ago.  The gains of today will pale in comparison to the beating we are going to take when Trump wins. Then the market will refocus on the fact we have Irwin Simon and his large compensation and the fact he's diluting us to hell and refused any deals.  Nothing got in the way of Irwin Simons pay or compensation. It was his priority in every negotiation. Say what you want ohhhh I'm being negative blah blah blah. We should have had a strategy if Biden won and we should have had a strategy should Trump win. Biden will be less devestating but not as gaining as it could have been for Aphria and Trump will be an absolute disaster for Aphria. I'm not speaking on politics just the fact Irwin Simon left us nothing
