RE:RE:Buyout Potential!! That's a strangely naive view.
If it's in either the best interest of the shareholders or the best interest of Peter ( the largest shareholder), he's obliged to consider selling.
Lots of reasons to sell: money, greater commercialization potential, faster commercialization potential, the desire to be part of a larger entity with access to greater resources, funding ,scientists, markets, etc.
And no he wouldn't sell to a mining torch buyer. But perhaps to a large industrial conglomerate.
And finally, the golden goose would continue to benefit shareholders as they would get shares in the new company who could conceivably grow the company even further. And if it's an all-cash deal investors get cash.
A takeover is by no means a negative. Could potentially be a great result.

you answered your ridiculous question in the last line , why in a million years would Peter sell the golden goose ?.. and watch the new owner make BILLIONS selling plasma torches to their competition for a higher price....it sure won't be for cheaper....DUH !....Get-off the screech boy , ..as if Peter would even contemplate such a game ending scenario for a revenue stream that is going to generate billions every year, for as long as the iron ore pellatizing business exists....dumbest post ever !...uncleron is always right !..Cheers
