NO ONE in their right mind would invest $ 3 million in a business because they feel sorry for you or, because you are on your last leg in business and they suddenly have a desire to commit suicide. 

What triggers a person to invest is:   GREED

And the bigger the demand, the bigger the GREED.

Which means, they are seeing something that ignorant people do not see.
