The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants: 11,016,000

Original expiry date of warrants: Nov. 14, 2020, and Nov. 23, 2020

New expiry date of warrants: Feb. 12, 2021, and Feb. 19, 202, respectively

Exercise price of warrants: 35 cents per share, subject to an acceleration clause

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 11,016,000 shares with 11,016,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 1, 2018.
