GENERAL -

GENERAL -Allowing only former holders a vote can work - 2 ways...
1 - safeguards the votes for longs - origina lowners
2 - depends on whose crept in - could support long standing avoidances of chief assests
ask how long standing has theavoidances occured - or - ressitence as obstacle
3 - answers could be pulled from these two angles

What i do  know is...
If a project is lagged too long - shares can be collected - in the worng hands
which affords a stealing of a vote and direction of company,.
If the projects - lag.... other interestscan creep in - to gain percentage control.
If percentage control occurs - it can sometimes work against shareholders
the resources can be directed to a party of two instead three ( shareholders squeeezed out )
Knowing the full timeline of events - could aide in identifying what is what.

Perhaps someone could analyze the shares bought over the years to - identify specific
houses collecting - such could point to - most likely.

At the end of the day....
Junior has some really good assests...
Yet... wheres  the valuation tied to it.

I would hope this all resolves in the near - TERM.
Several other variables could further the
The track record of -  lag-+ odd resistence -  might stand out as too obvious.
Such could be used as a vantage in the wrong corner.

When one really thinks about  it -
OCT 16 2017 press stands out like a - elephant
Magnesium was pulled out firstly in a pretreatment phase.

This speaks volmes - could translate into - PL  could process far more brines without
the need to chase lithium - trtying to pull a small faction of lithium from considerable magnesium - such should have been flipped long ago....very odd.

Magnesium should have been the lead credit -
and lithium shunned as an - impurity.  yip...

What shareholders should be focusing on is...
- what sort of value are these resources worth ?
- missed value of magnesium vs low grade lithium
- magnesium is pulled out firstly - pretreatment phase
- no resource compiled = prevents a valuation on - assests.
- magnesium from oilbrines can be converted to - metal - counter to Oct 16 2017 press.
- drag out too long - might facilitate another creeping in = percentage control
- who owns most shares - what's the percentagre ownership -
- could percentage ownership be hidden in several ownerships - spread out ?
- have the bullboards been a distractant - games to throw shareholders off ? ( who knows )
- I'm hoping it resolves soon - in plight of -  outside factors - worldwide - might aide another
- Hnece - fix this fast... for shareholders... please and thank you.

Just my own opinion.
Nothing more - Nothing less.
Not investment advice.

At the end of the day....
Stocks are about investing.
Cpitalism rules...
Are investors seeing a closing of the door to capitalism ?
Begin studying important resources - taken private or other...
Wake up call.
