Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

DKL/Genoil Achievements in 20 Years

1. $88+ millions burned cash.
2. DKL married once to Candida who's Australian and with David marriage she was able to
     obtain a US Green card, with Genoil's money of course.
3. Bruce Abbot got married twice from 1) A German national. and 2) A Croatian national. Genoil     paid the bills of course.
4. Genoil stock is banned from trading in Canada (supposedly home country of the so called
    "company".
4. Genoil has no testing facilities, no employees, and David and his nephew are running a
     website full of LIES and David writes filthy stuff on the Internet.
