You are all right. This company is on the fast track to be delisted. I would dump all your shares as quickly as possible. 


OR...

Show a little patience for a growing company who is showing year over year growth without leveraging themselves to the hilt. These guys have solid fundamentals, multiple revenue streams and (allegedly) moved through the first quarter of Covid without going bankrupt.

The delay in reporting is out of their control and I'm personally going to let it slide. I'm as disappointed as everyone that their share price is taking way longer get where it should be then anticipated but it's going to get there. I have a feeling at the AGM they are going to drop some big news.
