Presentation

Presentation1) About 95%+ of public companies produce a presentation, usually quarterly. One NEVER has to fill out a form to get the thing. It is a public document and critical ongoing disclosure.

2) This co (Konrad) has bought costly advertising that encourages the public to fill out a form to get the presentation.

3) After 6 attempts with multiple e-mail addresses I cannot obtain the industry standard presentation from this company. It is quite possible it has never existed.

4) Ipso facto Konrad has made a misrepresentation in writing that is false ... i.e. a presentation is available.

5) If Konrad has no issues with perpetuating obvious falsehoods on the stakeholder dime AND in writing, what CAN he be relied upon for?
