Put it all together ...This co is insolvent. That means it's current assets are less than current liabilities. Anything getting spent now is acculmulating debt that needs to be paid from future financings ... and a dilutive one of those is needed right now.

So why would a legitimate public company with zero earnings of any kind be blowing precious cash on advertising and market makers?
