Hey!We got a little green on a red day for potpreneurs. Tinley is navigating the field and the changes and dealing with it to the best of their ability. A lot of the bs isn't their fault. As long as we keep moving forward, we will get there. We are fairly unique targetting Big Alcohol's domain with healthier alternatives while helping to write the rule book for potpreneurship. I have to admit that I didn't recognize the potential for sober curious but the guys beating the bushes for sales, listened to their customers and saw the potential, and charged in. The Becketts look alike products to our Tinley offerings is a smart move that could greatly benefit the Tinley's line when we get a conventional advertising promo for Becketts which shouldn't be a problem or under any onerous ad restrictions. I'm not sure how the US election is going to land but there are 5 new States that have moved towards legalization and if/when we get them all will they do something at the Federal level to simplify the rules and regulations for potpreneurs and cbd businesses to be a National interest rather than divided by State? Lots of US investors believe so, enough, that they are already investing their hard earned cash to be first in investors and sooner or later that potential tax revenue will be recognized as a good enough reason to do the work, to make it happen. That is one big thing that Canada has going for it for ease of logistics and distribution although we still have a long ways to get to a level playing field with Alcohol. Canada has led the way with others going to school on us, especially the US MSOs who are in the driver's seat of huge potential and profits, waiting for a triggering event and coverall legislation to simplify the rule book and help potpreneurs with their new vice industry. Sometimes it takes time and maturity for change to be recognized and I am sure it looks like a daunting task for the Feds to change the rules to assist the efforts to get this happening. Even Canopy Growth who are serious beverage competition to Tinley just announced delisting from the NYSE to the Nasdaq and there is only one reason that I can see to do that and that is that the NYSE has threatened to pull their listing if the "touch" the product. They are already angling to get their branded products to the US through Acreage Holdings who I like to call Canopy South and infused beverages is high on their list of money making skus. Tinley's offerings are already on shelves in California and they have awards to their credit. They are working on Canada and by my understanding, Becketts should be able to sell anywhere when we can deliver production and distribution. The US is getting inched towards the inevitable and I see a huge future for Tinley and Becketts. Go team! glta and dyodd
