humble suggestion to a few posters on this boardMany posters on this board should spend time on an educational course analyzing a financial report.
It is not the net earning that is important.
You should realize that there is +- $3m in amortisation or depreciation..
That money is spent on upgrading Sg mine ,Elder, drilling .
Abcourt doesn't pay income taxes on that amount by substracting expenses or differing income.
The net result is added value to Abcourt now .
Some posters should also take a course on calculating the value of mineral extracted from underground .
Ex : if there is a vein containing 6gr per ton and is 1 meter wide you would understand that
if you need to make a 3m wide shaft the net result will not be 6gr per ton.
Also if a few of you are jealous that Mr Hinse is collecting 2% nsr maybe you should ask yourself why.
Did he buy that NSR when it was worthless and (Abcourt was almost broke and could not buy) and the money to buy at that time came from Mr Hinse night and weekend work and investment in real estate.
You could also question his huge salary that he has collected in the last 30 years.
Can any of you find a co that has less salary paid to management and consulting firm in the last 30 years.
Can any of you find a co that has made private placement at the market or higher value that included warrants that were never exercised because the exercise price was too high consistantly and that the president has always participated in.
Maybe we never had good person on the board because they were never paid and never had cheap options that were good for 3 years.
The result of all those actions over the years is that we are still alive and no depth.
The only negative result of all this is that Mr Marc Filion resigned a few years ago.
He was Mr Hinse right wing man(he knew all aspect of Abcourt ) and should still be but he was never compensated .
If i was in a position to give advice i would suggest that Mr Hinse rehires Mr Fillion and nominates him as president or CEO with a salary that is adequate.
Sorry i never thought that someday i would try to give advice or influence anybody.
