Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NegativeOk so you don't have an understanding of Aphria's expansion strategy. Aphria buys established  distribution channels that can be converted to their Cannabis feedstock. Aphria only completes  acquisitions that are accretive (they make money). Majority of LPs do not do this. Most leading LP's invest heavily in companies that lose money; this is what is probably leading to your confusion.

Keep laughing funny guy

Homestretch4me wrote: It is hilarious. All you Jokers have short term memories. It wasn't that long ago that aphria executives got caught with their hands in the cookie jar at the expense of investors. Everything, and I mean everything that management does that aphria should be scrutinized to make sure history is not repeating itself. But you keep right on laughing. You just experienced major dilution and major weakening of a aphria's cash position. While I'm at it and for everyone else on the board why don't you explain to everyone how this purchase gets them access to the US cannabis Market. I'll wait right here.
