(not saying this is true or would happen, it just leads the possibility that THRM keeps 50% stake/ contractual % allowing the 'invention' to move on to a larger commercial enterprise).
This is my take; and I think a good way forward. In order to be uber successful, THRM needs higher lvl partners, as we need 100s of millions of these tests - one small THRM company with a tiny staff can't possibly do this alone. And, if you are part of the reason for success, such as producing the CoviSafe, it is only reasonable that you'd get a share in the pie.
