Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What a terribly overpaid acquisition

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What a terribly overpaid acquisition The price was never set in stone. It was percentage based on the price of canopy shares. The deal has recently been Rewritten and my numbers are correct and your numbers are way off. Apparently you're not up-to-date on what's going on

I am still processing the transaction but it seems to be a good acquisition.

I really like the "SweetWater 420 Fest" and they have already established a 420 strain of craft brews!  They just entered the beverage market through the company that has the #1 best selling new craft beer in the US.

The initial Canopy/Acreage agreement valued 100% of Acreage at $3.4 billion.
