I dont think we'll get any shares directly.  They will likely take it to IPO.  If that's the case they will price it out ahead of time and ALY will get that amount for it.   The value will then be reflected in the revenue of ALY.   

My guess only.   Keep strong and stay long. 

Weather it happens in Dec or Jan / Feb next year,  they are only waiting on approvals which we all know takes time....
