He also stated they would release when they hit 100% just like they did at 25%, 50%, 75%.

He further stated they had 130 patients lined up that did not qualify after being upgraded to ventilator.

Yes I find your comments negative suggesting they must be at 100% enrollment but are not releasing or hiding something. They are compelled to release and will release.

I am personally happy no news this week with circus happening in US election and hope nothing is released until the circus ends.
