Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:High Hopes

RE:High HopesALL of the Stimulus bills that Moscow Mich didn't pass and went home is due to Congress (Democrats) including Cannabis reform measures, including the safe banking act, being appended to the bill.  It was written by the Democrats that way so the Senate (Republicans) were force into the Cannabis reform. The Republican can't pass it because they are in the pockets of big pharma. Also, it would make the evangelicals $ hit bricks because it would make sky daddy really mad at them. Cannabis reform was the key gating issue in passing the stimulus bills knowing it could never be reported in the media as such, Democrats used All of their political leverage they could to force Republicans to pass it; providing the Safe banking act for the U.S. Cannabis industry. The Republicans bailed on the most recent stimulus bill knowing they are probably going to lose the Election forcing Biden to Executive order Cannabis reform in which the Republicans would then use it to make the Democrats look bad. Cannabis is still a very taboo subject in the U.S. due to the strong a Religious base supporting the Republicans.

I was kinda thinking with the senate likely at gridlock on major issues with a Biden win it maybe very likely we get support publicly on things like Marijuana reform? As most of you know this is a small item that we can get partisan agreement in the senate. I think there will be enough republicans that will come across the isle. Anyway just thinking out loud.
