Lots at play, all good. I means the pilot light is being lit.

As a rule, there's always shorting on prospectus raises, so some of that is related.

Also, some of the bought deal will be shorted (20% or less, so say 600,000 shares out of the approx 3MM shares) as a hedge.

Finally, shorts will pile in gambling against a rise or fall upon uplisting. Indicates everything is about to happen.
