The EU, the US and other westerns nations want to develop their own reliable sources of these minerals. China is not a friend, does not play by the rules, and nobody wants to be at their mercy for the supply of these essential strategic minerals. Hudsons neodymium is world class, and the niobium and tantalum are very high grade so the cost of production should be low.
