From a Pyrogenesis shareholder standpoint it doesn't even matter who the shareholder is bc Drosite International is not receiving any money - it is ALL flowing to PyroGenesis...period. Whether it is Alex Pascali, ABC Corp, the neighbours dog....it does not matter.
Have you seen Pyrogenesis roster of highly accredited board members and legal team!? Surely they know how lend and eat to setup a USA subsidiary IF need be. Regardless this has to be vetted this thru their legal team.
International deals are getting done and are continually going to get done with this setup.
Obviously this was also clarified and passed they with regulatory AMF and everything is moving forward well.
There is zero chicanery or impropriety going on.
Pyrogenesis has been vetted by multi billion dollar conglomerates and govt entities...all is good.
