Formerly Colorado Resources. Barresi has an impressive track record but walked into a difficult situation. To his credit, he seems to be quickly molding the company in his own image by changing the name, doing a rollback, a new management team and getting the company focused on a couple of the assets. He is trying to evolve the assets to a point where other companies can come in and develop the assets using their balance sheet. A clear business model.
