I had to read the NR several times to get my head wrapped around it. But yes, often the NRs from THRM are not always the most clear. They will be issuing more clarity in the future most likely. And if they don't, the real news will be the sensitivity tests and then from there we are off like a Turd of Hurdles!
SpinCo, of course, is just an idea - not a reality. This is no where near ready to be worried about. Until then, THRM owns the Saringer and their other products. We as shareholders WILL get a vote into the establishment of SpinCo. If the majority don't like the idea or the share arrangement, it can be voted down and that's that.
