Denison Mines Corp. is a Canada-based uranium exploration and development company focused on the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company holds a 95% interest in the Wheeler River Project, which is a uranium project. It hosts two uranium deposits: Phoenix and Gryphon. It is located along the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. It holds a 22.5% ownership interest in the McClean Lake joint venture (MLJV), which includes several uranium deposits and the McClean Lake uranium mill. It also holds a 25.17% interest in the Midwest Main and Midwest A deposits, and a 67.41% interest in the Tthe Heldeth Tue (THT) and Huskie deposits on the Waterbury Lake property. The Company, through JCU (Canada) Exploration Company, Limited, holds indirect interests in the Millennium project, the Kiggavik project, and the Christie Lake project. It also offers environmental services. The Company also uses MaxPERF drilling tool technology and systems.

Not to pick on this post, but I find it hilarious.  Imagine reading this a year ago when the price hovered around C$0.75 (or 2 years ago when the price hovered at C$0.87). It's like reading a post today indicating that there's support for this stock at C$0.20.  Clear indication to run as far away from this stock as possible.

Mining/exploration companies should move with the underlying commodity they are mining. The uranium spot price has increased from a year ago and from 2 years ago yet Denison's share price has declined from those same two time periods. This disconnect should be punished (with salary declines, a freeze on bonus payouts and stock option issuances, and terminations).  Instead, this inept leadership team is being rewarded with bonuses for devaluing the share price. 


Bring in a board that is truly independent, who will hold the executives accountable so that shareholders do not continue to just pad the executives' wallets.
