RE:Is Loop a Takeover (TO) Target or Just an A+++ Dealmaker?
cheers, I've said a few times and I still believe that Loop is the best, most obvious buyout target in the tech space. They appeal to buyers on multiple levels as they can reach a multitude of revenue streams in various business sectors. That is what buyers look for, the most disruptive companies. Loop has never made it a secret that they plan on selling at some point. They have drawn attention to Pointy, they have used the term disruptive a few dozen times. That is what disruptive means, getting into the space of larger companies and changing the way the ecosystem functions. Loop offers a simple, plug n play, user-friendly series of devices and platforms that can enhance the existing systems that are current in the physical retail space. The contact tracing stuff, believe it or not, even with all the heat we are getting lately, is a bonus. It's an add on to overall system we have built. A completed connected loop of data insights that any user can join, with reward, and minimal hastle, to be connected to the products and teams and restaurants and all things that they use and enjoy. In one single customers day in the loop they can purchase coffee and muffin at a coffee shop, stop by the grocery store to pick up a sandwich for work, stop for gas, get lunch delivered to the office, stop for flowers after work, pick up wine and grab a pizza for dinner. Every action is connected and every insight is collected and aggregated. The end result is a multi billion dollar gold mine called the Loop Data Exchange. The number of companies that will want to buy that is infinite. take care
