It's rather ironic when we look around our world and try to establish jurisdictional stability.

This is what is not getting solved....

And it’s nothing to celebrate about.  It is something to fear.

I dont do clues anymore Ronnie. Show me the money.

Lola

And when that happens, NVO no longer becomes a speculative play.  It becomes a revenue generating business.

Show you the money?  How about I show you your place on the Lassonde Curve instead.

That's the game.

The Lassonde curve assumes the end result is a money generating outcome. Which may or may not apply to a binary play. At this juncture nvo is a binary play and anyone who says different is wrong.

You have just defined the junior resource sector.

ABX was once a speculative play.  Don't you wish that you were loaded up on it back then?

Tx

I was. It was called Lac Minerals back then. One branch anyway. But I was younger then. A rabbit. Now Im a tortoise disguised as a crazy 70 pound rabbit female hitman:)

People who put money into nvo are not fools. The outcome at bc could be a money generating one and investors will do well. People who put all their money into nvo are fools because its binary. I know you are not a fool Tx and that you are here to practice your prose. Im here to stave off alzheimers by keeping my mind busy. i also find it therapeutic to kick the Clap now and then.

Regarding the comment about where one may put all is money; yes, I agree.  But there are caveats.

In this type of market, would you be a fool to put the majority of your money into Novo?  Well, I will be polite and state ... again .... that I wouldn't do such a thing personally .

In contrast, would you be a fool to place it all on either ABX, or WPM, NEM, KL, Newcrest, or any other Major?   No, I don't believe you would be.

It's all risk/reward.  In any one of the dividend paying Major making record profits today, there is very little risk in such a market.

That's where I hope Novo eventually goes.  But until then, there is risk before such potential rewards.

That's the game.

Theres risk in anything. Abx also. They are big but an environmental mess is always a consideration as was the case with Cambior when a dam failed.  But they are well managed, have many mines and cant be blackmailed by banana republics and are in the right space for the times.

As you state, these guys have diverse operations all over the planet.

The only one capable of causing environmental damage on that scale is the US Miltary.  They may be into engineering open pits, but those do not require local government approvals and environmental permitting.  As well as no intention towards revenue generation.

Good. Now if anyone needs to piss Im open for business.

I’ve just had my third coffee with a good friend of mine so I guess Im welcome to join your discussion Lola at your convenience :-)
I believe your comments relating to ‘theres risk in anything.Abx also.’are understated, especially in regards to Abx.
Lola seems oblivious to or possibly forgetful of Abxs higher exposure to non US dollar swap line regions when it come to their % production coming from such regions .
NEM,KL and WPM  all have much lower exposure to these non US dollar swap line regions .Even the great Franco is too heavily exposed .
Nice to see our manager give some recognition to Newcrest ..........................my money would be on Newcrest if I were to be all in on one
60% of Newcrests production comes from US dollar swap line regions. (Agnico Eagle 100%).
Anyway ,bad  karma at Abx....talk about fat cats joining each other there . No so many left in the wild  you know .
Time for that fourth coffee before I turn back home :-))
