Beware that obtaining title to the area (if you win the auction) is not the same as obtaining clean title (which i mentioned as "legal title", certainly not the right translation), that is, the kind of title that allows you to develop the resources you find in the area, without having to go through a long (and expensive) judicial process. Make sure to ask your lawyer about that difference, and also about what would happen if PLU gets a Medida Cautelar for the concessions that were retired from the Mining Registry. It would be nice if you share his response with this board, have no doubt your comments are always welcomed!!
