MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

RE: I'm new to this stock and thinking of investingHello everyone, I am new to this stock and thinking of making an investment, I have seen a few poster's mention "moving to NASDAQ", can anyone tell me is this concrete or are you speculating that this will happen sometime in the future? I have not done any DD as yet so intend to spend the day researching MMED but would like to know if you have a date for the uplisting, thanks and GLTA
