what "BIG MISTAKES" are going to lead to a class action lawsuit?

I have a big picture mind,, I tend to overlook what I may consider minor details.. so lets hear it.

from my understanding, financials are audited, the numbers may not be to your liking,, but your saying they are commiting accounting fraud... this is huge!!! you must have tons of information to back up such a serious accusation.
