Lurk & Learns:

In investing/speculating there are a plethora of risks that have to be studied and understood; before duting and after making a decision to (for the retail investor) buy....or even take over( for a macotious major).

Recently, the (risk) of (over) exuburance starting to emerge from the UK boards...caveat emptor (Latin for buyer beware) has made it's way to this board.

Step one of a DD can be met to a high degree of probability/certainty. i.e. I can confirm the high probability that a projection for the Ortoire block came from the person being cited is we look at his posting history, beyond the one posted earlier:

Step two..... what is missing from the link that made it's way to this board is a time frame and "terms of reference" ... meaning we may not live to see the exploration, discovery & production even if it is up to (luckily for the Mayaro residents) the Cedar Grove. This places unrealistic expectations on PB an their group doing their cautious work in a pandemic. I wonder if these folks have any idea of the terrain, seasons, political environment, etc, that TXP has to contend with?

Point being, I have met this gentleman..at a time when he was (as I recall) looking to test the O potential of the foothills (on the southern flank.... for the Maracas/Las Cuevas lovers) of the Northern Range.

Meaning for those of us familiar with the nature of the Trinity Hills...Moruga Forest...it is NOT as easy as the (Canadian) praries with the "luxury" of winter access. e.g. In Brazil, they have a way of dealing with similar vegetation (massive forests) that WILL be a non starter with Trinis with surface rights. 

CAVEAT EMPTOR...when someone uses a TT O & G icon to justify an aspirational target, i.e. does not put a (blue sky) projection into its proper perspective, Lurk & Learns MUST think promotional; otherwise, we MUST question their use (or lack of use) of the DYODD qualifier.

Lurk & Learns: Expectations on a faceless board, MUST be accompanied by a time frame and if none is stated (or obvious)....assume infinity...and not the one made by Nissan.
