Mitsubishi will not be gone. The CRJ support business is still a viable one on its own with a huge fleet of planes out there. Spacejet will come back i a year or 2. As for airbus, Quebec is the center of A220 engineering, I doubt that will change and Airbus is investing significant $ in growing the footprint there. In aerospace the govt moeny never stops.
