RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Also was giving airbus c series for 1.00 a bbd decision or?Mitsubishi announced last week that they will close their one office in Canada along with what they have going on in Washington state. I assumed that meant Mirabel.

You are right about the CRJ program and good luck to them with that. The article was related to the SpaceJet and speculation Boeing might take over the program. 

As for Airbus and their commitment to Canadians, I'm not so sure. They will milk more government money than BBD ever did by the time they are done. Will not be surprising that Canada will help the foreign entity over their own. 

Same government with the CPPIB looking to invest in airlines. Yesh!!!

As for airbus, Quebec is the center of A220 engineering, I doubt that will change and Airbus is investing significant $ in growing the footprint there. In aerospace the govt moeny never stops.
