Agreed. Absolutely moronic to halt for an already released pp news release. Sadly the share price is probably going to quickly trade down to .45 while it's peer PCLO is trading over a 30% premium to its current pp set price.

Huge blindside and dilutive move today by management that better offer one helluva a webcast to try and rebuild the credibility they just destroyed with this NR. Anyone who's been tuning into their presentations knows what I mean when I say this news just destroyed a lot of management credibility. All imo
