RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:3% div. increase after a 50% cut is a slap in the face

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:3% div. increase after a 50% cut is a slap in the faceI belive it is for tax basis as well as diversify REIT's are trading at a higher dicount so as of right now no or little value it has be giving to their retail. Anyway I think we should be carefull what we wish for here.. again Sandpiper interest and ours do not align.
When Sandpiper claims they can reduce G&A by $25M without having any knowledge of it, that they can increase distribution by 10% again just based on high level numbers, quit all business with the related party, I am no genius but I am sure stopping a construction of a 40 storey building and bringing somebody else to finish in the middle of it will cost us a few million dollars and a lot of time. In summary I hate politicians and his presentation sound very much like a political candidate to me with very little basis. At least the whole market is getting better and hopefully we get bacl to pre Covid levels. Good luck to all!
