RE:RE:RE:Copper Mountain Announces C$15 Million Bought Deal Offering

RE:RE:RE:Copper Mountain Announces C$15 Million Bought Deal Offering ok everyone there is a reason why the stock price was stuck under 1.2 for so long. Everytime this happens on TSX or Venture exchange, i have learnt to know what is happening and what is coming.. time and time again i have seen this happen. THEY put a cap on the stock so the financing can happen before the stock price runs away..

Now having said all that, i dont see a need for them to raise this money unless they have a solid plan to bring Eva into production (i.e. commence construction within next 6-9 months). This could easily be to have enough cash on hand to work with a JV partner to move things along.

What i do like about the financing is that its purely an issue of share without any warrants.

Its a bad day overall in the metals market. Gold and silver are taking it on the chin big time. Copper is taking some beating with them. overnight things were looking good with gold and silver breaking out and that would have been the case if it wasnt for the vaccine news.....
