My assessment: Undervalued with upside potential New to stockhouse and like many COVID provided me with a lot of time on my hands and I have been researching CAD tech cmpanies as I find while the market is smaller, there is some solid home grown tech. I have spent some time researching BBTV. Here is what I like and I think that it’s undervalued at these levels:
Really strong insider position (both the CEO and its director Hamed Shahbazi from WELL Health Technologies have put in over $17M)
They have added board members this past week that all have strong business backgrounds and are active in the capital markets
Institutions have bought into the deal
Multiple revenue channels - their ability to sell ads themselves greatly increases their value
they can monetize content across all platforms: FB, snap, YT etc.
They are essentially a digital age Warner Bros, as they have vast marketing and distribution channels globally.
I dont know about AT but will be studying them. On a brief review from what I could find online their revenue and business model is very different than BBTV. Also concerning that over 1.2M shares traded where by comparison 500K shares of LSPD traded today.
I welcome others insight and due diligence on this
