INFORMATION FROM CANOPY - TAKEOVER OF ACREAGE TIMING

From Canopy executives in the news:

"Canopy Growth has agreed to buy Acreage Holdings once it has federal legal leeway to do so in the U.S.. Management on Monday said that once weed was allowed nationwide in the U.S., taking control of Acreage would take place within 60 days."
