Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Senate

RE:SenateAt this point if I'm not mistaken the Dems cannot get control of the Senate except if they win the two Georgia runoffs where it will be a tie. Then vice president Kamala would get the tiebreaking vote. weirdly we have to keep hoping Trump behaves like a buffoon and not transitioning power which may turn off Georgia voters towards Republicans. It's a lot to ask for however. That being said, there are senators who are Republicans that support the safe banking act and cannabis legalization... So we may not even need a majority of dems. At least we hope!

I am a bag Holder of Aphria, been for a long while. Sold a lot @ 20$, but also held too much throughout these runs. The Senate vote is the next big thing. If the Dems get control, Aphria is poised to dominate. If the Republicans gain control could be a long.whole.yet till we see the spa we want to. Fingers crossed in the upcoming weeks.
