Oh... and Namaste no longer has 49% of the company. They breached our investment contract and never paid me the options that I was entitled to. Add to that, the fact that I was unable to take a salary for the first 7 months of this year due to the financial hardship Meni put Choklat in, I converted the $250,000 in options they owed me and my unpaid salary into common shares.
As a result, Namaste only holds 46% of the common stock in the company. That being said, IF, we default on the loan everyone is beaking off about and they convert to common stock, they still won't have control.
Meni made a LOT of mistakes, and I gave him a LOT of opportunities to make good on them.
