Canoe EIT Income Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment trust. The investment objectives of Fund are to maximize monthly distributions relative to risk and maximize net asset value, while maintaining and expanding a diversified investment portfolio, primarily through acquiring, investing, holding, transferring, disposing of or otherwise dealing with or in equity and debt securities of corporations, partnerships, or other issuers and such other investments as the manager may determine in its sole discretion from time to time. Canoe EIT Income Fund ("Canoe" or the "Fund")(TSX - EIT.UN, EIT.PR.A, EIT.PR.B) announces quarterly distribution on preferred units.

Cumulative Redeemable Series 1 and Series 2 Preferred Unit holders will receive a distribution of $0.30 per unit. The distribution will be paid on December 15, 2020 to unitholders of record on November 20, 2020. The ex-distribution date for this distribution is November 19, 2020.
