Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:US entry

RE:RE:RE:US entryEvery single state that has legalized even though it's still illegal federally requires licenses for growing, harvesting, processing and selling. The licenses are a huge Revenue stream for the states and the federal government. You don't even make any sense.

Bro you keep saying the same point so elaborate if you're so right.

1) Canopy does not have the licenses yet, so how does that help now?

2) Send me a link the federal infrastructure saying licenses will be needed in the future

Each state will have their own system upon legalization, some won't need licenses. Please elaborate
